UMA Optimistic Oracle v3 seals the official index closing price on-chain (collected from public feeds such as Naver Finance, cross-checked against Yahoo Finance, after the trading day is final). If no dispute within the challenge period, it auto-settles. If disputed, UMA DVM adjudicates. (UMA Optimistic Oracle v3이 지수 공식 종가를 체인에 봉인합니다(네이버 증권 등 공개 시세를 기준으로 Yahoo Finance와 교차검증, 거래일 확정 후 수집). 이의 제기 기간 내에 분쟁이 없으면 자동 정산, 있으면 UMA DVM이 판정합니다.)

Is it really zero gas?

Betting, settlement, and withdrawal are all gasless — just sign with your wallet. The relayer covers gas. The only fee is a 5% settlement fee. (베팅, 정산, 출금 모두 서명만 하면 릴레이어가 가스를 대납합니다. 실제로 지불하는 비용은 정산 시 수수료 5%뿐입니다.)
